 I saw you have many different range products, all manufactured by your company ?
No, we are manufacturer for retail shelving system, shopping trolleys, and various metal display fittings. Some other products like plastic basket, mannequins ,warehouse facilities are purchased from partner factories.
What warranty time of your products?
Usually 2 year (from goods received), It depends on different product. during the warranty time, we are responsible for the quality issues (except the man-made sabotage or other damages made by customer-self).
Where you sell to? and Who is your clients?
Locally: we sell directly to our surrounding supermarkets, conivenience stores, pharmacy store, 24 hours shops etc. and sell indirectly to outside province and citys though sales distributors (in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Jinan, Nanjing, Hefei, Wuhan, Changsha, Ningbo, Shengzhen, Chengdu etc).
Exporting: Mainly selling to shopfitting distributor and importer, big and medium shopfitters in different countries. 5% clients are end-users. world market (Australia; United Kindom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Holland, Spain, Belgium; USA, Chile, Uruguay; Saudi Arabia, Israel etc ).
