Thanks to QC staff's hard work, golden peaks are highly praised for it's superior quality world widely. our QCs watch out the whole production process, from raw materials purchasing, material cutting, manufacturing, raw product washing, powder coating, packing, counting, container loading.
The raw materials we using from quality supplier only, the raw steel for shelvings are mainly SPCC, ST12. and the surface powder coated with AKZO NOBEL or DUPONT Nontoxic paint by static airless resin spraying technology, it ensured the stable performance of product. And each stage of these production process is thoroughly overseen by qualified workers and our quality control technicians.
Our QC flow mainly like: Raw steel inspection by purchasing Dep. → Inspection after raw material cutting by Manufacturing Dep. → "Next" producing-process inspect "last" step during manufacturing by worker and Manu. Dep → Raw product inspection before powder coating by Manu. Dep. → Inspection before packing by QC Dep. → Final inspection before shipment by Sales Dep. or Customer self.
